PJ Individual Membership Terms and Conditions
1. Membership Eligibility
1.1 Individuals who agree to these terms and complete the designated registration procedures shall be recognized as PJ individual members.
1.2 The membership period shall be valid for one year from the date of enrollment.
2. Membership Registration
2.1 Prospective members must complete the required fields on this website and pay the annual membership fee to complete registration.
2.2 PJ may refuse membership applications under any of the following circumstances:
a) If the applicant is deemed likely to violate these terms.
b) If the applicant acts against PJ’s code of ethics.
c) If the applicant is otherwise deemed unsuitable for membership by PJ.
3. Membership ID
3.1 Each member will be assigned a unique Membership ID by PJ, which can be viewed at any time on the “My Account” page after logging in.
3.2 A valid Membership ID is required to participate in PJ-sponsored or affiliated tournaments, coaching certification programs, and other related events (hereinafter referred to as “PJ Programs”).
3.3 Membership IDs are non-transferable and must not be shared or loaned to others. Violation of this rule may result in membership termination.
4. Membership Fees
4.1 Members must pay the annual membership fee through the specified payment method.
4.2 Membership fees, once paid, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
5. Participation in PJ Programs
5.1 Members are granted the right to participate in PJ Programs.
5.2 Participation in PJ Programs requires compliance with separately established participation rules.
6. Membership Cancellation
6.1 Members wishing to cancel their membership must submit the designated cancellation form by the end of the month preceding the desired cancellation month.
6.2 In the event of cancellation during the membership period, no refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
7. Suspension or Revocation of Membership
7.1 Membership may be suspended or revoked if any of the following apply:
a) Violation of these terms.
b) Actions that damage the reputation of PJ or disrupt order.
c) In the event of transferring membership benefits or engaging in fraudulent use
d) Failure to pay membership fees for three months or more.
8. Changes or Cancellation of PJ Programs
8.1 PJ may cancel or modify its programs for the following reasons:
a) Natural disasters or other unforeseen events.
b) Enactment, amendment, or repeal of laws, or administrative guidance.
c) Other circumstances where PJ deems such changes necessary.
8.2 The handling of membership fees in such cases will be determined separately.
9. Disclaimers
9.1 PJ shall not be liable for any injuries or accidents occurring during participation in PJ Programs, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by PJ.
9.2 PJ shall not be involved in any disputes between members.
10. Revisions to the Terms
10.1 PJ may revise these terms as necessary.
10.2 In the event of any revision, PJ will notify members at least one month in advance.
These terms shall take effect as of July 1, 2025.
