💴 Participation Fee

• Fee: ¥3,500 / person per lesson

• Please pay at reception on the day of the event via PayPay or Stripe (Credit Card).
  

👥 Eligibility & Capacity

• Eligibility: Players aged 19 and under

• Capacity: 12 participants
  

📝 How to Register

• Please sign up using this form. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

• The PJ Secretariat will send you a confirmation email once your spot is secured.
  

👟 What to Bring & Wear

• Comfortable athletic clothing

• Pickleball shoes or tennis shoes

• Drink, towel, writing utensils (optional)

• Paddles are available for borrowing, so you are welcome to participate even if you don't own one.
  

⚠️ Cancellations & Important Notes

• Rain Cancellation: A decision will be made at 8:00 AM on the day of the event, and you will be notified via email. (Coach Kasahara will contact you.)

• Personal Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please let us know as early as possible.

• Email Confirmation: If you do not receive a confirmation email at your registered email address after submitting the form, please be sure to contact us immediately.
