Is the membership valid for one year regardless of when I register?

Yes, the PJ membership is valid for one year from the date of registration (enrollment date).

For example, if you join on July 25, 2025, your membership will be valid until July 25, 2026.

Regardless of when you join, the validity period is one year from your enrollment date.
If you wish to renew your membership for the following year, please complete the renewal process before the expiration date.

When will I receive my membership card? Will a physical card be issued?

PJ does not issue physical membership cards.
Your Member ID will appear on the “My Account” page after logging in.

Please note that it may take a few days for the ID to be displayed, so we recommend checking back later.

Question 3

What benefits do I get with membership?

You can participate in tournaments, events, and training sessions.

You will also be eligible to obtain rank certifications and register as a coach or referee.

In addition, you can enjoy benefits and services based on your accumulated PJF points.

Question 4

Will membership status be transferred following the organizational merger?

As a rule, members of both PJF and JPA will be transitioned to PJ membership. We are currently preparing the necessary arrangements for membership status during this organizational merger to ensure a smooth transition. Official details will be announced on the PJ official website and via this social media account.

Question 5

Will the membership number change?

As a rule, your 10-digit PJF membership number and your registered JPA email address will remain available for use in both organizations. Once the system integration is complete, we will provide further guidance to all members in due course.

What will happen to the membership categories?

Membership categories will be unified under the new system. Please note that we plan to establish a specific transition period for this change.

Will the membership fees I have already paid be refunded?

The membership fees you have already paid will remain valid until their respective expiration dates for both organizations. As a rule, the membership is valid for one year from the date of enrollment.

Effective April 15, 2026, the annual membership fees will be as follows:
 • Regular Member: 4,000 yen (including tax)
