RPO Instructor International Certification

Acquiring international instructor qualifications
PJF believes that developing excellent players, building healthy communities, and having coaches with the right knowledge and skills are essential.
To develop such coaches, we have partnered with RPO (Racket Pro) to provide an opportunity to acquire qualifications. By linking the world's most prestigious international qualification with the JSPO certified sports instructor system under the Japan Sports Agency, we are training Japan's top coaches in the pickleball world.
What is RPO (Racket Pro)?
There are several coaching systems in the United States, but RPO is building a coaching system on a global scale.
In addition, the highest level L3 coaching system allows coaches to coach top PPA professionals. With other coaching qualifications, your knowledge may fall behind on new rules and strategies unless you take the next level.
Even after obtaining the RPO, regular updates and continued education are provided starting from level 1. The coaching staff is also the best in the world, with Collin Johns (brother of Ben Jones, ranked #1 in the PPA doubles rankings in the world as of February 2025), Josh Jenkins (PPA professional player and Team Joola member. RPO Chief Education Advisor), and Inaki Balzola (RPO International Director) not only supervising but also actually teaching.
Obtaining Ambassador Qualification
The Ambassador's primary mission is to ensure that pickleball is safe and fun to play, and to promote its popularity.
This is a program that allows beginners to learn how to play pickleball safely and enjoyably. To take this qualification, you must register as a PJF individual member.
After obtaining this qualification, those who create local organizations will be able to receive support from PJF (support will begin in January 2025).
