Regulations for the Registration of Players, Referees, and Instructors

Article 1 (Purpose)

The Japan Pickleball Federation (hereinafter referred to as "PJF") establishes these regulations to stipulate necessary matters regarding the registration of players, referees, instructors, and related individuals.

Article 2 (Types of Registrants)

1. The following individuals are required to register with the Federation:

   1. Players who participate in PJF-hosted or endorsed tournaments and their final qualifying rounds

   2. Individuals who engage in pickleball activities for financial compensation (professionals)

   3. Referees certified by the Federation

   4. Instructors certified by the Federation

   5. Trainers (ambassadors) certified by the Federation
       

2. Individuals certified by the Japan Sports Association as official pickleball coaches or teachers shall be regarded as registered with the Federation.

Article 3 (Training)

The Federation may require registrants to complete training sessions at the time of registration or renewal.

Article 4 (Registration Fee)

Registered individuals must pay the prescribed registration fee to the Federation.

Article 5 (Delegation of Administrative Tasks)

The Federation may delegate administrative tasks related to registration to prefectural pickleball associations.

Article 6 (Amendment and Repeal)

Amendments or repeal of these regulations shall be made following a resolution of the Board of Directors.
